Meet the Owner

My fondest memories growing up are of my father and I sanding away at a box car we made in his shop. That is when my interest in woodworking first began. Through my younger years, I periodically helped him with projects as well as working on my own. A few years ago, my father passed on a few of his tools; this struck a passion in me that still grows today. I began building anything and everything, from porch swings to dog kennels. My knowledge and skills grew immensely in a very short period of time. Any questions I had, my father was always on the other line to guide me. In 2015, I moved to Nashville. I brought all of my tools with me and started working out of a maker space called Fort Houston. Here, I learned so much more than I ever could have imagined. With my growing skills, resources, and passion, I started my own company now known as Southern Maple Co.

I absolutely love what I do and love nothing more than helping clients bring their ideas to life.
